Day of Coordinator and Wedding Rehearsal Director:

Coordination of 1 hour Rehearsal and 12 hour Wedding day. ( A Royal Occasion 1 hour Rehearsal, Full wedding and and multiple day pre set up management) 1 Elegant Event manages your wedding day, making sure your planned prepared details are in order according to your third party wedding contract details. We facilitate ceremony aisle flow, help to maintain an "on time" start and a timely wedding p:arty reception arrival.

Planning Sessions:

Full Wedding Ceremony and Reception Planning support.

5+ scheduled planning sessions outside of vendor meetings with our National Event Specialist Cossie Crosswhite.

Help with venue/ location selection:

We discuss with you about your ideal wedding location and schedule private tours with the venues you have chosen based on your schedule availability. 1 Elegant Event also has access to several privately owned venues that are not listed if you are looking for a one of a kind location.

Vendor Selection:

All Third party vendor recommendations in each category for you to choose from: (photographers, venues, cakes, cinematography, caters, DJ's, Bands and others) vendor pre-preparation and up to 5 third party meetings scheduled for you with our National Event Specialist Cossie Crosswhite or a 1 Elegant Event Master Planner in attendance with you as your advocate. Plus by being a 1 Elegant Event couple you have access to discounts and upgrades from many of our preferred third party vendors.

The Look:

Event design discussion, event custom designed per your dream wedding request and help (if needed) modifying it to fit your budget parameters to give you the look and feel you desire. Complete access to our events production team to create your up-scale custom designed wedding. Access to our custom design vendors for your one of a kind wedding centerpieces and couture or custom linens.

Helping designated person with the planning of the Rehearsal Dinner or Rehearsal Gathering.

Or planning of 2 Cultural Wedding Week Events

Included in this package a "Lady in waiting" or "Day of" Bridal Assistant personal assistant who on the day of the wedding is there just for her. What ever she needs they are their to make her day more comfortable and less stressful. She can be a bouncer to keep anyone undesired out of the bridal suite, assist in getting her in and out of her gown, assisting her in anything she needs and many many other things a Bride many need handled on her wedding day.

RSVP Management, & individual table seating chart

Included is a Set up and break down team of 3. (More maybe added based on the complexity of your event)

For destination weddings: Master Planner, Cossie and possibly 1 assistant will come to your destination wedding and will train the on site persons at your destination location according to the inner workings of your destination event. An assistant will be brought if your destination wedding location does not have an on site wedding day team or if the on site team only stays for the 1st hour of your event.

Large rental equipment removal handled by third party rental company, which will be scheduled by 1Elegant Event.

What is Our Royal Occasion package:

This is for the person who does not have the time or interest in most of the details and workings of their celebration. You tell us, or send us pictures of any of your ideas, we do all of the behind the scenes work and contact you for changes and approval. Very low stress and low maintenance for busy engaged couples who are wanting a fabulous celebration. More details explained at your consultation.

Our Travel fees are included for some USA areas, travel fees are not added for any international destinations. These details are discussed at your wedding planning consultation before booking our services.

Reserve you date with a $250 deposit balance due 30 days before your wedding.


1 Coordinator to direct your wedding rehearsal, and to direct and manage your wedding up to 10 hour wedding day.


1 Coordinator to direct your wedding rehearsal, and to direct and manage your wedding up to 10 hour wedding day. Set-up and Break down of your pre made wedding decorations. Large d├ęcor, ceiling / handing installations, furniture set up and breakdown, room flips not included.

$2500 +

Fee based on complexity of your wedding day:

1 Coordinator to direct your wedding rehearsal, and a wedding day team of 3 (more team members maybe added based on the complexity of your wedding day)

Your accredited 1 Elegant Event coordinator will manage your 10 hour wedding day, making sure your already prepared details are in order according your third party wedding contract details. They will facilitate ceremony aisle flow, help to maintain an "on time" start and a timely wedding party reception arrival.

This package is Rehearsal Director and Wedding Day Coordinator only, no planning or vendor referrals.

What can be included in 1 Elegant Event Wedding Planning's Day of Coordination Package:


Planning session: Your 1 Elegant Event Coordinator will meet with you 1 month before your wedding to go over all of your third party vendor contracts, request and desires.

Unlimited phone and email conversations during the 30 days before your wedding.

Etiquette advise

Taking care of the details:

Your 1 Elegant Event coordinator will help you tie up any loose ends concerning wedding vendors and other wedding details.

Review your third party vendor contracts, and discuss the overall wedding flow to make sure all of your request and desires are covered and to make necessary changes if needed.

Final confirmation of wedding professionals details, arrival times, their wedding day contact information, and if applicable rental return directions if they aren't picking up that night.

Collect all of your wedding day items 3 days before your wedding things such as the guest book, pen, toasting glasses, cake knife set, ring pillow, flower girl basket etc. a full list will be given to you.

Wedding Reception director to attend you wedding rehearsal the day before, up to 2 days before your wedding day to direct and give instruction our your pre determined wedding day flow and ceremony. We like for all wedding party participants, family ceremony participants and clergy to attend if possible, but understand if some are not available.

Final Venue walk through 2-7 days before your wedding.

Giving of final payments and tips on your wedding day, that is given to us from the couple or responsible persons.

Distributing and Pinning on of flowers and corsages if the florist is not present at the time.

Organizing of bridal party, when to walk down the aisle and placed

Assisting bride with getting dressed and bustling your gown or with dress changes.

Cueing musicians and officiants at ceremony

Assuring all reception final touches including lighting of candles is complete before your guest reception room entrance time.

Keeping DJ on scheduling and MC assisting if needed.

Directing guest from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception.

Assisting guest with questions and those with special needs

Making the couple aware of the next scheduled event and guiding them through the day

Making sure the scheduled person to give a toast or parent dance is prepared

Assisting the guest with the Grand Departure or Grand Departure photo opp.

Being ready for emergency's and unexpected occurrences.

Securing wedding day gifts with pre-assigned person of your choosing.

Overseeing of the break down of your celebration.

RSVP and Guest Management, and table seating chart directors (available only in some DOC packages)

Custom Timeline:

We create your detailed custom time-line for your wedding rehearsal and wedding day only.

Your day of timeline is given only to all wedding party members at your wedding rehearsal.

Your coordinator will facilitate the reception according to the pre-planned reception flow time-line which is made during your month of planning session.

The only person that can modify your wedding day schedule is the wedding couple or any authorized person they give us during their planning session.

Setting Up:

Light set up and break down of table decorations included.

This package does not include complete end of night clean up (this can be added, price determined after what is needed is discussed at your consultation average cost is $300-$900), wedding planning, planning support or 3rd party vendor selection referral help is not included in this particular package. We do have packages in our other packages that do.

Full start to finish wedding planning with day of coordination starts at $3500.

Partial wedding planning prices for those who have started to plan their wedding but would like for us to finish it out, prices will be discussed at your consultation and based on what is needed. Partial planning prices start at $2500.
